Ekies All Senses Resort is a true joy for the whole family on all levels. Everything you need for a few days to relax.
There are several things that have to match to make a hotel the perfect place to spend your time and money. The location, the design, the service, the restaurant, the bar, the beach and so on. Besides from that it can be a bit challenging to reach Hakidiki, I would say that Ekies and all its elements are close to perfect.
As soon as you pass the parking lot, you enter a hotel that takes its garden and exterior seriously. I love the palms, the cactuses and the flowers that are nicely located between the various buildings, and it makes the atmosphere calm and green. There are several different types of rooms, depending on your needs, but I really loved the Pine Suite. The combination of concrete and clean lines is always a winner. Especially when it is spacious and elegantly decorated. Our room had a Moroccan-style tub and a shower that I just didn´t want to leave. And the small pool and hanging-chair outside was a hit with the youngster. Perhaps while mom visits the spa…
Ekies is situated in Haikidiki by the Aegan sea. The beach is child friendly, and there is a dock with comfortable sun-beds for the ones craving some silence. But a short walk from the hotel is the beautiful Karidi beach where you can jump from the rocks, snorkel with the fish and take nice photos for your album ( or instagram).
There is also a good sized pool at the hotel, which is loved by all the children. Also surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and bean-bags. The chill atmosphere is even brought into the restaurant, which serves really good food! The kind you can eat at for several days without getting tired of it. But if you do, it is only a short walk to several other restaurants in the area.
My favorite place and time of day is the large sofas in the lounge area at sunset. The drinks are great, the service good, the music just perfect and the view is to die for!
