Le Torri serves excellent, local food with tailored wine in beautiful surroundings.
Ristorante Le Torri is situated on top of Castiglione Falletto in Piedmont, and I dare to say it has the best view in the area.
I read great reviews about this restaurant before I visited it, but it was also very convenient since it is located right by the Vietti winery. This also shows on Le Torris wine list, which is quite good. There are several producers from the area to choose from.
If the weather is good, ask for a table outside. That will make the experience even better.
My favorite things to eat here is the homemade pasta and their Fassone. It is always good! They also know their dessert.
Since the last time I was their, one of the managers opened up a new restaurant in La Morra called Mange, but I am sure they have managed to keep their standard in both food and service.
